Well it feels like summer, so the ice cream is out, which means that know the great British weather it will now rain. It always seems that as soon as we get the garden furniture out of the shed the weather changes. Well lets hope that now the clocks have changed that summer is here to stay and that spring continues to bring the delights of lovely flowers staring to bloom.

So back to Ice Cream! Well the new stock arrived on Friday and sold out by Sunday afternoon! Obviously all those cold months and plenty of snow put us off frozen treats but a clear weekend brought everyone out for a treat. It was great to see queue out of the door waiting to grab the first ice cream of 2011.

We we have kept a couple of last years classics - Lemon Meringue and Banana butterscotch in particular. We will as before vary the assortment on offer and try different flavours so always keep an eye out.

So enjoy Ice Cream at its best, pure delight from simple ingredients!
