I don't know about your other lovely little towns around the UK, but Old Amersham is having a little heatwave! With temperatures finally reaching towards 30, our great British summer smiles are finally coming out (with a faint murmur of it now being too warm!).

So, with heat comes the need for refreshing ice cream. We all love a classic Strawberries & Cream ice cream, or even a Belgian Chocolate for those feeling indulgent but we recently brought in some Mango Sorbet to ad to our ever changing list of flavours.

Now I know many a Michellin star rated chef will try and create a quirky flavoured sorbet for an "inbetween courses" course....but you just can't beat a tub of ice cold sorbet on a hot sunny afternoon! Sorry Chefs.
